When it comes to dealing with the goings-on of the inside of your mouth, you want a quality dentist. You can find exactly that at Hortman Carney Dental in Rome, GA. The practice provides a friendly environment where patients can feel confident in the dental services provided. However, they were struggling with conveying that information in their online space. They also wanted to bring in more phone calls and appointments and needed a way to track that traffic. That’s when they contacted Romega Digital.
The whole process started with a rebrand. Hortman Carney’s first task for Romega was to design a new logo. After some collaboration, the team chose a clean, blue and grey design (one that matched their blue scrubs). Next came a revamped website. Their previous site was dated and did not tell the story Hortman Carney wanted to present: that they were accepting new patients and that they hold their friendly, knowledgeable staff to high standards.
Every picture on the homepage (taken by the talented Andrew Rayn Photography) features staff. The bright smiles and matching scrubs are the first things people see when they get to the website. Also on the front page are the three services clients ask about the most: cleanings and check-ups, family dentistry, and crowns and bridges. A fourth option, “View All Servies” links to a separate page with services broken into six categories.
Each of these links to individual pages concerning the service, each with a related testimony and call to action. Every page on the website displays contact information so visitors can easily find the practice’s phone number, address, email address and hours. Plus, we implemented special analytics tools so we can track how many phone calls, emails and appointment requests originate from the website.
Not only did we want someone to update our image and website, we wanted a long-term partner to manage those assets. Romega Digital came in and polished our online presence, but they also help us identify how to continually improve our online identity. The practice uses a patient management portal that we customized with their colors and pictures. Romega also runs their Facebook page, creating a weekly post plan each month for the client’s approval. Around Christmas, Romega ran a giveaway for a free meal from Honeybaked Ham which reached over 7,600 people. This was a giant leap forward in the number of engagements the page received prior to Romega’s work.
Hortman Carney is on an upward trajectory, and the best way to continue that is to keep improving as we constantly analyze data to see what works and what doesn’t. Romega started work on a blog strategy for the dental practice to be rolled out in the next month. An insurance and payment information page was also added to Hortman Carney’s website. Even more plans are in the works.
