The Process

Little River Escape needed a beautiful, easy to navigate website that provided plenty of information for curious visitors. One of the biggest challenges for this website was how to best show the many options Little River Escape offers. They sell plots of land, plans for tiny homes, and fully constructed tiny homes on and off pieces of property.

The first way to solve this problem was a small form on the home page. It is designed to guide people to the exact pages they need to see using a couple of options: whether someone needs or has a tiny house, and whether they need or have land. A navigation bar provides an alternative way to find information.

Each page features listings of tiny houses and plots of land, as well as FAQ’s, so it’s easy to figure out whether a tiny house is for you.

Little River also knows that buying a tiny house is a huge commitment and wanted a professional-looking website. Romega developed special features to cater to a potential customers’ needs. Easy-to-navigate listings offer downloadable info sheets and floor plans for individual homes. These listings can also be filtered by price range for potential customers who know what they want. Of course, images of the community and the well-crafted tiny homes dominate many of the pages.
